His Great Dane was trotting behind his disability trolly when witnesses saw a fair haired girl of about 17-18 years drag her off. This happened in the Palace area of Canterbury, Kent. Several people saw the girl with the dog. As you can see from the photo, my father is elderly (in his 80's) and severely disabled.
